go visit Waterton National Park (Canadian side
of Glacier National Park). On the way there
we saw the huge wind mills. I never
realized how big they were!
There was at least 20!
Then there was the mountain
skyline behind Cardston
with the Temple standing out.
Then we pulled into Waterton. First thing we saw as we pulled in was a deer in someones back yard. It would be the first of many!
We decided to see Cameron Falls first. We posed for pictures...
climbed one side...
climbed the other side...
and took more pictures!
We decided that we were getting hungry and whats better than fries and gravy! (dont diss it till you try it!)
Then we decided to wander around town
(Waterton Hotel)
until we came to the lake where we
needed to go skip rocks!
Again we saw lots of deer but ...
on the way to the car Hunter was running
with his head turned looking back and in
front of him ran a momma dear and baby.
He could have stuck his hand out and
touched them but he didnt even see them!
After all the excitement we figured we better settle for the smaller animals although this gopher looks like it has been living the good life, fatty!
That night we went to Cardston to visit family and watch Grandpa Dan play baseball. He even hit a home run!
We drove past the Cardston Temple
on the way home from a fun
and tiresome day.
